Colour: Straw.

Nose: Fruity with whiffs of lavender-scented soap, lemonade, gin fizz... Very, very lemony actually, getting also very grassy, with hints of peat and green tea.

Mouth: Starts honeyed. Lemonade again, sunflower oil, lemon zest...

Finish: Quite long again, more on orange marmalade and quite some salt now.
