Colour: Light gold.

Nose: Grassy, whiffs of an flower bouquet, then hints of citrus .

Mouth (neat): Very good,. Earthy herbs, lemon, roots, tangerines and just a pinch of icing sugar. With water: More fruits (apples) but the sooty/earthy grassiness remains there.

Finish: Rather long and rather sweeter and maltier.
