Nose:- The first nosing is very warming, and then we get lots of coffee and black toffee. Heavy sherry (very nice), chocolate, caramel, pecan pie. Really nice. Develops on some slightly meaty notes, and even on balsamic vinegar. Bold and rich, it’s a nice alternative to Macallan.

Mouth:- The first mouthfeel is balanced and powerful at the same time. Great wood, clove and cinnamon, then crystallised orange, kumquat, toffee, vanilla fudge.
