Aroma - Evolved dried fruits (fig, raisin, apricot)Vanilla from long cask ageing. Elegant, fresh, and complex overall profile. Competition panel notes add layers of toffee, caramel, sea salt, pepper spice, and sweet nutty tones.

Palate - Medium‑full body with a rounded, layered texture. Multiple layers of flavour: dried fruits, caramel, vanilla, nutty sweetness, subtle spice. Sweet yet balanced, with a savoury, slightly spicy finish.

Finish - Long, elegant, and complex, with lingering dried fruit and caramel notes.
