Colour: Bronze
Nose: Quite beautiful, with an obvious sherry, apples, mead and indeed quite some smoke. Not really peat but coal and wood.
Mouth: Touches of roasted nuts, sherry, liquorice, ham, dried beef, honey, mint…
Finish: Medium long, smoky and honeyed.
