Deep garnet colored, the 2010 Bouscaut springs from the glass with lovely scents of chocolate-covered cranberries, kirsch and cassis plus hints of wilted roses, pencil shavings and bay leaves. Medium to full-bodied, the palate sports mouth-coating red and black fruits with a firm backbone of grainy tannins and refreshing finish.
