Aroma - Dried fruits: raisin, fig, prune. Toffee and caramel from oxidative ageing. Walnut and old oak. Subtle spice (cinnamon, clove)A gentle rancio note (varnish, dried orange peel)
Palate - Rich, sweet, and mellow, in the classic Cape “port‑style” mould. Layers of dried fruit, molasses, caramel, and nutty oxidative depthSoft, integrated alcohol from long cask ageing. A silky, rounded mid‑palate with hints of coffee, brown sugar, and spiced fruitcake
