Nose:- Honeyed sweetness with hints of apple and nutmeg. Light vanilla and a faint musty note, possibly from older bottling conditions

Palate:- Flavors of dried apricot, golden raisin, and vanilla. Mid-palate shows honey and nutmeg, with a medicinal undertone

Finish:- Medium, with lingering cinnamon, toasted oak, and a faint medicinal spice
