Nose: Mineral and linseed oil. Nutty sherry notes with Californian raisins. Red apple, cacao, and subtle spice. Hints of honey, clove rock, and citrus peel
Palate: Rich and oily mouthfeel. Spicy oak and vegetal undertones. Sherry-forward with red berries and menthol. Milk chocolate and ginger warmth. Balanced pot still backbone with malt and toasted wood
Finish: Long and warming. Lingering notes of sherry, chocolate, and Butterkist popcorn. Buttery and creamy with a touch of spice2
