Nose: Muted chalky vanilla, oak, and a light apple juice scent greet you. A deeper inhale reveals faint notes of white peppercorn and honey.


Palate: The palate continues the theme of lightness. Touches of vanilla and oak, peppercorn and clove emerge.


Finish: The peppercorn spice from the palate persists into the finish. Dry oak and vanilla play alongside it. Rye spice joins the party.
