Colour: Gold.

Nose: Nice, notes of caramel shortbread, milk chocolate, caffe latte and brown sugar. Some nicely honeyed touches and a herbal suggestion.

Mouth: Sweetened breakfast cereals, buttery toast, marmalade.

Finish: Sweet, more brown sugar, biscuits, caramel etc.

Comments: Probably the very epitome 'Speyside malt whisky' from the vantage of the mid-1990s. It's profoundly inoffensive and easy to sip.
