1990’s Smirnoff Blue Label Export Strength 50cl 50% abv
Smirnoff Blue Label is a super-premium vodka. The strength of the alcohol 50% distinguishes it from its sisters. It is distilled 3 times with demineralised water, from a blend of cereal grains. It is filtered 10 times over 7 columns of activated charcoal and birch, maple or beech. The translucent 1l bottle dressed in blue allows a glimpse of Blue Label's crystalline appearance. The nose is grainy, with a sweetness behind the alcohol.
Tasting Notes:
Aromas: Unbelievably clean aromas of white pepper, dried hay, fresh-cut grass, lime peel, and white flowers.
Palate: On the palate, you’ll find flavors of candied ginger, freshly crushed black peppercorns, citrus pith, orange oil, and gooseberry.
Extremely pure, it combines strength and suppleness and leaves a pleasant vanilla note on the palate. Its purity and vigour make it particularly suited to give personality and resistance to countless cocktails.
