The 1995 Imperial Speyside bottled in 2016 by Signatory Vintage as part of “The Un-Chillfiltered Collection” at 50.8% ABV has some intriguing tasting notes:

Nose: Starts with citrus fruits like lemon and lime, followed by lighter smoke, a waxy note,  banana skin, and subtle tangerine.

Taste: Initial flavors of juniper and cardamom, followed by smoke reminiscent of Mezcal, lime, spicy and fruity notes with pepper, tangy ginger, pears, lemon sweets, and light minty oak.

Finish: The smoke lingers with a slight oak presence,  a zesty and dry finish with lemons and green leafy notes
