2000 Graham's LBV Port

Color is very dark purple. The nose has some black plums and blackberry. The palate is very silky  some soft blackberries, a nice amount of acidity that keeps it from being to heavy on the palate. Still some tannins, but just enough to let you know the're there and are nicely balanced against the acidity. There is some red cherries laced with a little smokeness and gravel, and a very slight touch of mint which is very unusual but nice. This is a very easy drinker and one that is hard to stop. There are no major faults and this is a very good example of a filtered LBV.
