2000’s Jameson Irish Whiskey

Colour: Pale gold.

Nose: Nice and Caramelly. The caramel grows even huger with time, with also caramelized peanuts and hints of very ripe oranges.

Mouth: Sweet, nutty and cereally and not weak at all, even powerful despite the 40%. Very caramelly again, candied, even a little coffeeish, malty, with notes of burnt cake and overcooked praline. Gets then quite liquoricy and finally more tannic and dry.

Finish: Medium long finish being mostly on bitter chocolate mixed with fresh apple juice.
