The natural weight of Roussanne is cut by a clean, mineral line, giving both generosity and precision. Medium‑full body, fresh acidity, and a gently waxy texture. Oak influence is minimal and well‑integrated, letting the fruit and savoury nuances shine.

Finish - Long, pure and quietly powerful, with lingering peach, citrus peel, nuts and a saline‑mineral echo. A classic, confident CNDP Blanc profile.
