2019 Durbanville Promenade Pinotage Durbanville

The 2019 Durbanville Promenade Pinotage is a red wine from South Africa that has a full-bodied and juicy palate of ripe red fruit and cinnamon. It is well-balanced and elegant with accessible tannin structure and lingering aftertaste.  It has loads of oaky notes of chocolate, oak, and vanilla.

 It is part of the Durbanville Hills Collectors Reserve series, which is inspired by the scenic views of Cape Town and the Atlantic Ocean. The Promenade Pinotage is named after the seafront promenade that offers panoramic views of Table Mountain

It pairs well with dishes like aubergine, mushroom, sundried tomato and cheese bake, beef sausage, tomato bredie and Coq au Vin.
