Palate - Light‑to‑medium bodied, vibrant and tensile. Crunchy red fruit, sour cherry and raspberry leaf glide across a fine, sandy tannin structure. There’s a savoury, herbal thread — thyme, rooibos, a touch of spice — giving depth without weight. Fresh acidity keeps the wine energetic and mouthwatering. Elegant, linear and understated. High acidity, fine tannins, low extraction and a clean, mineral‑driven frame. A wine built on finesse rather than power.
