Caol Ila - First Cask 1981 - Islay - 21 year old 46% vol

This is bottle 90, from cask 252. Distilled 20th January 1981.

From old tasting notes: on the nose this has peat and barley sugar. The palate opens up to a sweet and spicy delight. The finish is long, dry and has overtones of seaweed. The label spells it 'Caol Isla'.
