Appearance: Golden honey
Nose: Fragrant and bright. Traces of fresh citrus and a top note of honey. Light vanilla, green apple, and subtle malt sweetness
Palate: Flavoursome and well-rounded. Notes of caramel, pear, and a touch of sherry. Smooth texture with hints of cinnamon spice, fresh-cut grass, and malt. Slight alcohol bite, softened with water
Finish: Medium length. Sweet and velvety with lingering cinnamon, pepper, and creamy caramel. Faint notes of baked apple, pickled pear, and oak spice
