Palate - Bright, tangy rhubarb right up front, juicy and natural rather than confectionary. A gentle sweetness cushions the acidity, creating a beautifully balanced, almost sherbet-like texture. Mid-palate brings a creamy, velvety mouthfeel—classic Chase—carrying the fruit without ever feeling heavy. A whisper of vanilla and soft citrus peel adds dimension.
