Tasting Notes

Appearance: Deep crimson red, clear and vibrant.

Nose: Pungent berry fruit with a touch of burgundy wine. Piney juniper, faint almond, and awhisper of oak spice.

Palate: Tart sloe berry and mulberry, with a plummy richness. Black pepper and subtle oaktannins from Rhône Valley red wine cask aging.Clean juniper and botanical lift from Chase GB
