Nose: Fruity and sweet: green apples, nectarines, banana. Light grassy tones, milk chocolate, and sawdust. Subtle hints of vanilla, citrus, and caramel
Palate: Starts with citrus fruits, honey, and raisins. Creamy at first, then shifts to a thinner mouthfeel—sunflower oil. dNotes of peach, green pepper, and spices. Slightly grainy texture with a touch of oak
Finish: Medium length. Lingering sweet fruits (peaches, raisins), vanilla. Hints of hazelnut, chili, and caramel

Clontarf Reserve – Tasting Notes
Nose: Orange spice, vanilla, and caramel. Hints of cocoa, toffee, and charred oakS. lightly sharper and spicier than the Clontarf Single Malt
Palate: Sweet and mildly grainy on entry. Notes of lemongrass, green pepper, and light maple. Earthy undertones: uncooked asparagus, decaying leaves, and confectioner's sugar. Rich malt character with a peppery kick
Finish: Long and hearty, more pronounced than the Single Malt. Lingering pepper, vanilla, nuts, and malt. Slight toffee and wheat notes with a touch of peat smoke
Clontarf 200ml
A blend of ~15% pot still whiskey and ~85% column still grain whiskey, aged in bourbon casks and charcoal filtered.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Light vanilla, sweet corn, apple juice, and soft grain aromas
Palate: Sweet and soft with vanilla, corn, and a touch of bourbon spice. Slightly slick texture, minimal spice. Secondary notes of grains and apple juice
Finish: Gentle, with lingering sweetness and faint oak
