Dark Matter Spiced Rum Scotland

Dark Matter Distillers’ Spiced Rum is a unique blend of Oriental ginger, Indonesian long pepper, allspice berries, and Thai green peppercorns, infused with their own distilled rum.

This blend of fresh and dried aromatic spices contributes to the Spiced Rum’s unique flavour profile; unashamedly punchy but with a touch of sweetness and an expansively long finish.

The nose is intense aromatics of fresh green spice notes balanced by rich sweetness. The palate is rich and rounded with yuletide spices and molasses. The finish is a long lingering finish of pepper and cinder toffee.
