Appearance - Transparent / clear spirit

Aroma - Vegetal and floral tones. Strong presence of grain. Juniper berry volatility giving lift and freshness

Palate - Mineral and vegetal, very close to a traditional, non‑aged genièvre. Expresses the raw materials straight from the still: clean grain, juniper, and a faint earthy note. Despite its youthful profile, it shows unexpected softness and length, a hallmark of the Carte Or style.

Finish - Long, soft, and subtly sweet, with lingering grain and juniper.

Aged just over one year in old oak foudres (30–40 hl) before bottling. This brief maturation rounds the edges without masking the spirit’s traditional character
