Glenfarclas 105 Highland Malt (60%, OB, circa 1997)

Colour: Gold. 

Nose: cake and toffee are soon to appear. Sherry, apple, caramel… Some cider apple skin, beer (Guinness)… and some  seawater notes. 

Mouth: Powerful! Yet it’s very balanced… It really invades your mouth and coats it with lots of caramel, dried orange and oak. Bang! 

The finish is long. This one is just a gentle monster.
