Nose: Very meaty, with a faint earthiness, mushrooms, leather…
Mouth: A peppery blend of orange marmalade, quince jelly and sultanas. Bags and bags of sultanas… Good body, good mouthfeel
Finish: Medium long, very candied and jammy, to the point where there are even hints of dark rum. Cloves and juniper berries in the aftertaste.
Comments: a very luscious one. Classically classic.
