Hillside was founded in 1898 by Septimus Parsonage (yes) and it went onto become Glen Esk. During 1965-1980 it was Hillside. "This warm gold 25 year old starts with aromas of cedar-wood which introduce a smooth body, hints of pear on the sweetly fruity palate and a toasted, dry finish".
