Nose: Light and delicate, yet more complex than expected for 40% ABV. Rich fruit-forward profile: cherries, dates, prunes, and honey from oloroso sherry casks. Citrus notes: lemon and green apple from bourbon casks. Subtle floral and malty undertones. Unique creamy buttermilk aroma and hints of walnut and vanilla

Palate:Smooth and sweet with sherry-driven flavors: dates, prunes, cocoa powder. Honey and lemon from bourbon casks. Biscuit maltiness and a touch of black pepper. Almond, graham cracker, balsamic, and mint with a rich umami character

Finish: Medium length. Woody pepper, light citrus, floral malt. Ends with heather, toffee, and a touch of charred oak
