Appearance - Deep amber‑mahogany with ruby glints; viscous and polished, showing classic oxidative maturity.

Nose - Warm, nutty, and inviting: Dried fig, raisin, and toffee. Walnut, hazelnut, and caramelised orange peel. Hints of spice, vanilla, and oak polish from long cask ageing.

Palate - Smooth, rich, and balanced: Honeyed dried fruit, toffee, and nutty caramel. Orange zest, cinnamon, and clove add lift and complexity. The sweetness is refined, supported by gentle acidity and a silky texture.

Finish - Long, mellow, and warming: Toffee, walnut, and spiced orange linger gracefully. A final touch of oak and cocoa gives depth and poise.
