Colour: Straw.

Nose: Tases of apples and walnuts, as well as a little leather too. With water: chalkier, with touches of eucalyptus.

Mouth (neat): Big sharp fruits this time, rather exclusively lemons and green apples. Some rhubarb too. Touches of a drop of honey and Tabasco sauce

Finish: Very long, leafy and fruity.
