Winemaking:

Temperature controlled fermentation and gentle mash fermentation (15° -18°C).

Grape Varieties:

Malvasia Fina,Rabigato,Côdega de Larinho

Tasting Notes:

Golden dry white. Delicate wood with notes of dry fruits, prevailling pinnion and a slight resin.

Store and Serve Advices:

Serve temperature 8-10°C.

A good companion as appetizer before the meal.
