1980s Old Fettercairn Highland Malt NAS

Colour: Brown.

Nose: Starts all on honey and apricot, milk chocolate, nougat… Goes on with a little bergamot (earl grey tea), orange liqueur and chamomile. Hints of orange blossom water and rose water. Lots of character!

Mouth: It’s all on oranges, toffee and ripe apricots, with a nice maltiness and whiffs of freshly toasted cake. Sweet but balanced.

Finish: Malty and orangey. Very nice surprise!
