Appearance - Light straw‑gold, bright and clear.

Aroma - Cooked agave, vanilla, and sweet spice from the oak. Hints of citrus peel, pepper, and a touch of herbal earthiness. Soft caramel and light tropical fruit in the background.

Palate - Rounded and mellow, showing agave sweetness balanced by vanilla and gentle oak spice. Notes of honey, white pepper, citrus, and a faint butterscotch warmth. Medium‑bodied with a smooth, easy texture.

Finish - Soft, warming, and lightly spiced. Lingering vanilla, pepper, and cooked agave.

Made from 100 % Blue Weber Agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco. Double‑distilled in copper stills. Aged 5–6 months in ex‑bourbon oak barrels for colour and mellow sweetness. Crafted at Destilería Colonial de Jalisco (NOM 1111).
