Nose :- Smoked cheese and toasted wood. Rich fruits—think stewed berries and dried apricot, Rubber and crème brûlée

With water: honey, fresh sawdust, and bran

Palate :- Sweet and concentrated red fruits. Toffee and caramelised fruit. Soft grainy mid-palate with gentle spice

Finish:- Clean and dry. A hint of lemon zest and subtle oak

Age: 15 Years
