'Shieldaig' comes from the ancient North Germanic language, and is considered 'Loch of the Heering', which perfectly describes this incredible wild and beautiful area.

Islands covered with pines, silver herrings and mist over the Torridon hills highlight this epic landscape.

Nose: Sweet with apples, honey, apple peel, dried fruits, duchess pear, croissant, citrus, tangerine notes.

Mouth: Sweet with apples, oak, dried fruits and pepper notes.

Finish: Medium length and sweet with spices, dried fruits, oak, fruit peel and pepper notes.
