Nose - A lively, fresh, and charmingly mischievous peat profile: Sweet vanilla, honeycomb, and pear drops from the Speyside component. A rising wave of woodsmoke, charcoal, and kiln air from the Islay side. Lemon zest, fresh herbs, and a touch of sea breeze
