Lheraud VSOP Petite Champagne Cognac

Cognac Lhéraud’s vines are planted to Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche and Colombard; the last two varieties were grown more prevalently in the past, but became susceptible to different vine diseases and, over time, were replaced by Ugni Blanc. Today, Cognac Lhéraud is one of the few distilleries that produces cognacs using a blend of all three varieties.

The Cognac V.S.O.P. was aged for 5 years in oak.

Well-balanced; aromas of grapes and a touch of vanilla with a trace of ctirus fruit in the finish

Eye: Bright mahogany.

Nose: Nice balanced fruit aromas, dominated by raisins and figs.

Palate: At the front, a touch of vanilla and a hint of crème brûlée create a sumptuous tasting experience. The finish is long, bringing just a touch of citrus.
