An easier drinking style of Prosecco (Extra Dry is slightly sweeter than 'Brut'). Made from Glera grapes and bottled in September 2021. Nose has apples, tropical fruit and grapes. On the palate the wine is fruity, hints of pears and minerals on the finish, the slight extra sweetness adds to the fruity delivery.
Ideal by itself or with light bites and creamy finger food.
